Rules

• Check-in: After 14:00 (flexible)
• Check-out: 10:00
• Self check-in with key box
• There is no minimum age required to check-in
  
• If you arrive with more than 2 adults and 1 child or infant, you will be asked to leave without any refund
• It is not possible to add extra beds or baby cots
• Upon request, at least 24 hours before check-in, it is possible to switch from a double bed to two single beds
• A child (3-16 years) or an infant (0-2 years) can be added to the reservation at no additional cost. Children in addition to 2 adults can sleep in the double bed
  
• Smoking is not allowed
• Pets are not allowed
• It is forbidden to organize parties / events
• Hours of silence from 00.00 to 08.00
• Tourist tax not included in the price, to be paid in the structure at check-in (2 euros per day per person)
• The 2 deck chairs and umbrella are included in the overnight price, from june to september, on request. Each request must reach the facility at least one day in advance

The room is well kept and spotless, the view is wonderful. It is equipped with every comfort, the touch of coffee, croissants and other things found in the kitchen definitely a plus. The garage was also very welcome.

Sehr schönes, kleines Apartment mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Lage ist super, um Ausflüge nach Pompeji/Neapel und an die Amalfiküste zu machen. Zur Wohnung gehört eine Garage, so dass das Fahrzeug nich an einer der engen Straßen stehen muss. Mit unserem Golf haben wir perfekt in die Garage gepasst, bei größeren Fahrzeugen könnte es kritisch werden. Melania war sehr nett und bemüht uns bei allem zu unterstützen.

I have just returned from a trip to Italy and spent my last 2 nights staying in this accommodation. The apartment is light and airy and very clean and has been newly decorated in bright summer colours. It is very close to the sea so has lovely views and the area around it is very peaceful – perfect for a relaxing stay. Melania, the owner speaks very good English, and was able to advise on the surrounding area and all the best places to visit, restaurants to go to etc. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back next time I visit the area!

I stayed this weekend with my boyfriend and I have to say it was really nice. Clean and welcoming room, as well as being very nice with a beautiful view. The place is quiet and you can reach the various beaches on foot or by car. Thanks to the owner, Melania, helpful and very nice. We will return as soon as possible. :)

The kindness and availability of Melania, the owner of the house. He advised us on everything from where to park to where to eat and what to see. In addition to practical advice, Melania has always proved willing to help us and come to meet us, unique! The location is strategic for visiting the Sorrento coast and part of the Amalfi coast. The house is new and well equipped, nothing is missing and is really nice aesthetically.
